From the kitchen you can go upstairs to a very large mezanine area, ideal for a hobby/craft room which leads to a large space - as yet unrenovated but could serve as further en-suite bedroom. Opposite the mezanine space is a very large spacious bedroom with ensuite shower room/toilet/washbasin and walk-in wardrobe.The second house has a wooden-style greenhouse and stone outbuilding at the end of it ideal for storing garden equipment. The property is in a small friendly hamlet of 4 properties just 5 minutes from the village of Jaulnay (with a boulangerie, library and a garage). The property is an hour from the airport at Poitiers (department 86) and an hour from the airport at Tours (department 37) - both airports serve Stansted Airport amongst many other international airports.
